SHIPPING: If your gift is being shipped, it is packed and protected in a shipping box so that your gift will arrive as beautiful as when it left our boutique.

As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.

Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being shipped. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers daily across different countries. It is important to note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
